1) Entry fee is $275 per angler prior to August 28th, then $325 per angler thereafter.
2) Up to 4 anglers per boat.
3) All Shirts will be men’s sizes, so ladies, choose size accordingly.
4) Please fill in ALL THE CONTACT INFORMATION so we can have some semblance of an accurate guest list.

MANDATORY RELEASE FORM, UNSIGNED FORM UNACCEPTABLE - In signing this form we understand and abide by the rules of the tournament. We hereby waive and release McFlat’s Invitational Snook & Redfish Challenge, Grosse Point Development, Sandbilll, Cape Harbour; a Realmark Development, LLC, officials, agents and all other sponsors and affiliates (hereafter referred to as sponsors, et al) from any and all claims of injury and or material of bodily damage in connection with this tournament. We further agree that we will never sue sponsors, et al for damages on account of any injury we suffer or cause whether known now or which may develop in the future. We expressly agree to indemnify and hold harmless sponsors et al from any liability what-so-ever. We understand that in waiving our rights to sue sponsors et al; we are also waiving the right to recovery from sponsors et al of any insurance carrier from any claims they might pay on my behalf. Any and all litigation will be held in the county of sponsor’s et al. We also agree to allow the use of photographs and or video of our team for the purpose of publicity of the tournament and to promote the tournament and its sponsors.
